Why am I being billed after closing my online store?

First of let me start by saying there is no customer service just your bot which like sending you to the same set of questions time and time again your customer email service has now been transferred to this bot :roll_eyes:

My question is concerning my billing I took out the 3 month trial and have been charged $1.09 on 18th and 19th of August which I paid

I closed my shop on the 20th of August due to despite many emails back and forth was unable to connect my printify account. But your still sending me a bill for my shop despite it being closed can you explain why

The first thing to check here would be that the store is definitely closed, as it sounds like it may still be open if youโ€™re getting charged.

Do you remember your login details? Go ahead and attempt to login, and see if it lets you through or if it instead prompts you to pay for a new plan.

If you do get through, go ahead and follow these steps here to finally close the store.
