I still got billed after closing my trial store

Hello,

I closed my trial store https://test-eha.myshopify.com/ several days ago but I still got billed for it.

I have no access to that store’s admin any more, so I can’t check or cancel anything else about it.

Is there something else that can be done?

We’re not able to view account specifics via the Community for privacy and security reasons and by contacting support it can be brought to the correct team to take a closer look for you. Each instance for something like this is reviewed on a case by case basis.
