Hallo,

eine Bekannte ist tätig als Beraterin, bietet die Beraterdienste auch über Telefon, Chat und Videocalls an und möchte Ihr Unternehmen gerne weiter ausbauen.

Aktuell ist sie als freie Beraterin über ein Unternehmen tätig, die die Software zur Verfügung stellt.

Sie hat aber mittlerweile den Ruf und könnte sich von dem Unternehmen wegkoppeln, aus diesem Grund hat Sie mich gefragt, ob Shopify Apps und Möglichkeiten dies zukünftig über Shopify abzuwickeln.

Ich habe im App-Shop verschiedene Kategorien durchsucht, leider aber nichts Passendes gefunden.

Optimal wäre eine App bzw. Ablauf wo man Chat, Telefonanrufe und Videocalls gegen eine Gebühr anbieten kann in minutengenauer Abrechnung.

Außerdem sollte die App anzeigen, ob meine Bekannte im Augenblick Online, verfügbar, beschäftigt oder Offline ist.

Es sollte zusätzlich möglich sein, einen Termin zu buchen.

Habt Ihr eine Idee, wie man das lösen könnte?

Shopify ist ein E-Commerce SaaS/PaaS, weniger ein Call-Center System oder Software. Die CRM Apps im App Store erlauben es lediglich den Besucher zu einem Online Shop den Shopinhaber über dem Shop zu kontaktieren beispielsweise über Chat oder Whatsapp, oder Termine über die Homepage zu buchen.

Am Besten wäre eine App, die erst nach einer erfolgreichen Verifizierung des Unternehmers nach einer Loginmaske ein Floatingbutton anzeigt, um die Gespräche (x Chats, x Minuten, x Calls auf Rufnummer xyz) aufzunehmen. Je nachdem, was gewünscht ist.

Dazu musst du dir eine eigene App erstellen lassen. Es gibt keine Plug&Play-Lösung mit diesen Anforderungen.
