We are evaluating Aftership’s Return Center to handle our returns. We currently use an ERP system to do the ordering and fulfilling of orders. We use Shopify as our cart system. The integration between our ERP and Shopify is done via the developer APIs. The question I have is.. if we use Return Center to handle the return, does that return information integrate back into Shopify? My goal is to be able to create a return (RMA) on our ERP via an API based upon return data in either Shopify or Aftership.
