Has anyone been successful at reaching out to shopify support recently? They are no longer taking phone calls and their support link takes me on a never-ending loop of articles that do little to assist me with my current issue. Thanks.

You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.

Unfortunately this is no longer available. I’m being sent on a loop. Impossible to contact them, this must be a new policy. Sign of the times, customers not looked after!!
I’m having the same issue. It just takes me in a never-ending loop and my question is not addressed in the help center. Have you been able to reach their support at all?
