Why can't I find a way to reach Shopify Support?

Can anyone help me? I cannot find a way to contact Shopify? Now i click on shopify support and i go round in a loop with no email or live chat feature anymore - i am beyond frustrated and cannot get any help with several issues with our site and cannot find a live chat or emai

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had issues contacting our support team and I’d be happy to help you here. Can you tell me the exact steps you’re taking when you visit our support page? Do you log into your store before you try and contact support?

Once you’re logged in you need to enter in your question or topic into the search bar, after which you will be presented with a list of relevant articles. Below this list you should see an option to contact Shopify Support at the bottom, and clicking on this button will then take you to a page that lists the various contact options we offer (callback, live chat, and email).

I have this same problem on and off. I am logged in. I search and click on a help topic. I click contact shopify support at the bottom. I select my store. It takes me back to the topic search page. It is an endless loop. The chat never appears. It is currently happening. I tried the solutions from another post. While using Edge, neither clearing the cookies, nor using incognito works. It did work on Firefox. Hopefully there is a solution being worked on so this works on all browsers and the solution is not to just keep trying other browsers. Thanks

Thank you for getting in touch. While Shopify does support most widely-used browsers, anecdotally I have seen more issues with Microsoft Edge compared to other popular browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox). I would recommend using another browser when accessing Shopify if you find that this issue is only present with Edge, or at least when attempting to contact support.

Please try accessing the Help Center via an Incognito window or another browser altogether if you’re not able to access support when using a regular Chrome window. If this doesn’t work either, please provide a screenshot what you’re seeing when you try and log in and access support so I can troubleshoot further.
