Can I make my customers submit documents some how for wholesale? When they create their account if they don’t submit the tax info they can’t purchase. Please tell me how.

This is not something that Shopify has built in, but you can definitely accomplish this by having a developer custom build the features you need, or by using an app such as Helium Customer Fields,
The Customer Fields app allows you to create custom registration forms and includes features such as uploading files, and manual account approval which are popular wholesaler features.

Instead of having it in multiple places would suggest placing it on the successful login of the user.
We will enable a popup for asking to become a wholesaler once the agreed field will come up asking to upload the document.
Will it be fine??
