Can I change my business location after moving to another country?

I am planning to open my shop now but in 3 months I am moving out to another country. Will it be possible later to change my business location?

Or is it possible to add shipping address so I could be based in my previous country still and ship from there and also from my new temporary country? So without the need of changing address?
