Could i request all my stores in my account be deleted please

we are sorry to hear you want to cancel your existing stores, however, I would be happy to offer you some insight into this. This is not something the Shopify community, nor our support would be able to do for you, but you are able to cancel the accounts directly within your admin.
To close your store, please follow these steps:

Log in as the account owner

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Account.

In the Store status section, click Sell or close store.

Click Close store.

Enter your password to continue.

My mistake! we updated our admins recently, you will want to head to Settings>Plan:
Let me know if you run into any issues!
I do not see the option to close or delete under Settings>Plan
Also, I have a store that I cannot access since it has no plan but i Just
want to delete it because I was just testing something.

I am not sure exactly why you are not seeing the area you need to access to cancel the store. Have you ensured you are logged in as the Account Owner of the shop, only the account owner can successfully delete a shop?
