Can I get a refund after deactivating my second store?

I was using the free trial where I pay £1 I then decided to end my subscription but because I made 2 stores it kept my plan active I did t know this. I didn’t have enough money in my account for weeks then I got paid yesterday and Shopify took £25 I need to get this money back. I just deactivated the other store can I please get a refund it would mean so much.

In order for us to take a further look into the billing on the account that you are requesting a refund, we will need to authenticate you for the store.
