How can I get a refund for being billed after deactivating my store?

I had deactivated my Shopify store on 12th May, My billing was due on 13th May. Despite I closed the store, even then I was charged with 26.58 usd. I want my refund that’s it. It’s totally unfair to charge and don’t send a pre notice. Really disappointed!!

What is the way forward? Kindly guide me!!
