Can I get a refund after forgetting to cancel my trial?

I never used Shopify but I forgot to cancel the trial and now they charged me $118.99. I cancelled the account but I don’t know if I’m

going to get a refund.

Please help

Anytime companies have free trials that require payment methods you can expect to be charged at the end of the trial period. It is a crappy tactic but it works. Your best bet is to do a chargeback with your bank. We have all gone through this with one company or another. Always choose the cheapest trial and always set a reminder to cancel to day before. You can try to reach out but I doubt your will get a real person: https://help.shopify.com/en
