Good afternoon everyone, i started 3 month trial and completely forgot about it, few days ago(6 days to be exact) i got charged from my bank account but im not using the shopify account anymore
Is there any way I can get a refund? I don’t use the store anymore and forgot to close it at all
i sent an email to shopify support team 6 days ago but i still didnt get any response at all
