Can I get a refund for an incorrect subscription charge?

Hello, I was recently charged for a monthly subscription of $399 when I thought I deactivated my account. I’m currently in college and I really need that for rent. Could you please tell me if there’s any way I can be refunded. Also when I was looking there wasn’t even a plan for $399 it was $299. How can I be sure my subscription is canceled? Please help, I really need that money.
