Can I get a refund for unintentional store subscription renewal?

My Shopify store was renewed this morning. I was supposed to cancel it last evening, however, I got food poisoning after dining out. I didn’t get my bearings until this afternoon only to realize that I had been charged. My store hasn’t had any activity since February. I took it down and placed it under construction back then. I wanted to know if I can please get a refund. I would have canceled my subscription if I was able to, but I was in severe pain and had to take meds. Does anyone know of Shopify showing a bit of grace in a situation like this one?

Contact customer support. Explain situation and ask the for guidance on how to request a refund. Catch more flies with honey…

It looks like I am unable to contact customer support as I have deactivated my store. Is there a specific email or way to contact them since my store has been deactivated? Thank you for responding. It is indeed appreciated.
