Can I recover emails not received from my contact form?

I was not getting the emails sent through my contact form. I suspect because the mail address was an alias of another address. Can I still recover these mails somewhere?

First, was your email entered correctly? Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-account/#change-your-store-owner-account-email

If you want to get your previous emails back, you need to contact Shopify.

this is the link to the contact page.

At this moment it works with muriel@odett.be .

In the beginning it was hello@odett.be (which is the alias of muriel@odett.be) and these emails never arrived…

That’s why I would like to retrieve the mails I missed.

So now it’s working fine with muriel@odett.be? It is the store’s current email sender.

If it works fine now, then this is true.

With previous emails( hello@odett.be ), you need to contact Shopify for support, but this is hard to get back.
