Can I share custom reports with an agency on Shopify?

Hi,
I am new to Shopify and wish to provide access to certain custom reports to an agency I am working with. Can I do so without sharing access to the entire reports section on my store? Can I do this through the API or collaborator access or something else?

Hi there,

Sharing reports in Shopify is sort of an all or nothing thing. You have a few choices:

  1. Share the entire analytics section.

  2. Export a specific report to PDF or CSV and share it that way.

  3. Use a 3rd-party reporting app, which will allow you to share a link to a specific report that can be accessed by a 3rd party.

Thanks for the solution can i get a demo for the same and does this data gets refreshed real time or would i have to share report link daily?
