I thought I set up Zoho mail for my email account for my store, but am not receiving email. Can I reset my store to use what is provided from Shopify (i purchased my domain from them) I do not want the @Shopify_77 .store.com extension

I can definitely help you with this! If your domain is provided by Shopify then you can use our email forwarding to mask your email address. This will allow customers to send an email to a vanity email address like “info@mystore.com” but it is actually sent to your personal email address.
