Does shopify have an app I can use for Live comments on my website?

I’m not sure I fully understand the question. Are you referring to live comments on the blog of your site? If so, you can enable comments on the blog natively on Shopify as explained here.

Thanks for the reply. I’m actually wanting an independent comments sections not associated to a blog. Specifically, I want people to be able to post stories/comments about times a nurse has impacted their lives preferably in real time. While they’re on the website, I’d like people to be able to see, post, and read stories/comments people are leaving. I don’t need it associated with the product either. Help? 
That sounds like a great idea! I’m not entirely sure whether I’ve seen that before though. Certainly, it’s not available natively and would require some pretty bespoke code customization I believe. I’d suggest checking in with Shopify Experts. They may be able to develop a custom solution for your live feed of stories idea or may have access to an already existing integration that I’m unaware of. As with all Expert contracts, requirements and prices are agreed upon before any work commences, so you can always check in with a few different Experts to ensure you’re getting what you want for a competitive price. -Hyde
