Can someone help fix my Facebook Pixel discrepancy issue?

Hi!

I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to sort out my facebook pixel, i have a different ID listed in the Pixel section of shopify to the one listed in my facebook business manager account and dont seem to have the option to enter the ID in manually (and facebook seem to only let me have one - is this normal?). When i go to FB merchant centre to check if the pixel is correct it says that no activity has been detected.. Sorry if these are really silly questions - I’m a first timer trying to figure this all out!

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. That’s not a silly question, and please don’t ever feel silly asking anything in these forums - that’s what we’re here for!

You will certainly want to have the same Facebook pixel for both your store and your Facebook Business Manager. Luckily it’s fairly easy to remove the Facebook pixel on your store and replace it with the correct one!

You mentioned that you’re a first-timer, how are you finding the process of setting up your store? What are you selling? What kind of brand are you building? I’d love to know more!
