Is there a way for the store owner to receive the same shipping notification email as the buyer receives?

Shopify, by default, only supports staff order notification.
If you want the store owner to receive the same shipping notification sent to buyers, you can consider using a third-party app, such as AVADA Email Marketing.

The app allows you to send various notification emails, including shipping notifications, and add cc to the store owner. The store owner will receive the shipping notification email each time it’s sent to buyers.
