Can you set up click and collect to a location with no stock?

Hi there,

I want to set up a click and collect option for my Shopify Plus shop. My issue is that I have 2 physical shops (where the customer can come to collect their purchase) with no stock listed ever in these locations and I have one warehouse where all of the stock is stored and listed.

Can I offer click and collect to a location that has no stock - Eg: All the stock will be at the warehouse. I need to make sure customers can place their orders to the click and collect locations with no stock and that those processed orders can be sent to the warehouse so the warehouse can get the products and dispatch them to the click and collect location.

I don’t want to have to transfer inventory for this.

Is there a process or an app that could help me manage this?

Hi @Aishling if you want you can use no stock tuto email like people will have to put their email on products with stock zero it will be showing please provide your email so we can send you this product when we have inventory
