Do I setup a Canadian based Shopify store?
Or do I setup a US based store and obtain a US TIN number?
Not sure what to do?

The address you will use for your business in your Shopify Settings is determined by where you operate your business, not where you receive the most orders. Thus, if you operate your store in Canada, you will use a Canadian address.
Please note, if you are planning on using Shopify Payments, our team will reach out to verify your physical address and will request documentation proving such. For this reason, its important to use a verifiable address.
