I want to cancel my subscription

Hi, please follow these steps:

To cancel a Shopify subscription, you can:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Billing
  4. Find your subscription details in the Current Plan section
  5. Click Manage subscription or Cancel subscription
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation

You can also stop Shopify Payments to prevent additional charges. To do this:

  1. Go to your Shopify Admin
  2. Navigate to Settings > Payment Providers
  3. Click Manage
  4. Select Deactivate Shopify Payments
