Reaching out to the community because I cannot activate Shopify Payments. We have done the complete set up of our store in one of the markets that offers shopify payments but for some reason the button to “Activate Shopify Payments” is greyed out instead of being its typical green.
In this situation you will want to contact our live support to request a review by our Shopify Payments team. It’s possible that the billing details on file or the account owner contact information had previously been restricted from using Shopify Payments and that could carry over.
You can either reply back to your most recent billing email making a request for a review (our Shopify Payments team only communicates via email) or you can create a ticket with our live support team for escalation here: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support.
I’ve been waiting for Shopify payment to open for about 20 days. They reached me via e-mail.
They wanted details about the company. And all details were replied via email.
But I’m still waiting. There is no sale in the account yet. Our company address is our physical office where we have been managing our own business for 3 years.
Please can someone help? SS-4 document and Passport control do not take 20 days.
