I try to activate shopify payments but the button is not clickable. Please help

Had you tried to activate Shopify Payments previously or is this the first time? In this situation, you will want to contact our live support to request a review by our Shopify Payments team. It’s possible that the billing details on file or the account owner’s contact information had previously been restricted from using Shopify Payments and that could carry over.
You can either reply back to your most recent billing email making a request for a review (our Shopify Payments team only communicates via email) or you can create a ticket with our live support team for escalation here: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support.
