Cannot edit email in Email app

Hi,

I have created some emails in the Email app.

I want to edit them, but when I click edit, it just stays in “view Only”.

How can I edit the emails?

HI, if it’s stuck in “View Only” for no reason:

  • Try clearing cache or switching browser (Chrome incognito usually fixes it).

  • Make sure you have Admin access on the store — staff accounts with limited permissions can’t edit marketing emails.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately that did not work. I cleared my cache and tried in incognito.

However, I found a solution. I exited the email, forcing it back to ‘draft’ and opened it again. Now I am able to edit it.
