I cannot access my shopify store Herbal Zest organics for on line orders on my phone or mac this morning & email messages from shopify have no content … can you plesae help ?

Please help! My store is blended-treasure-loft-llc-supplies.myshopify.com and I can’t access it on my phone app nor on desktop. I cleared history, cookies, and cache. And nothing. I’ve tried using other browsers!! Please help!!!
Is Shopify having maintenance issues right now? I’ve had my store for over a month. Everything was working fine up until about an hour ago. It started when I tried to download a Shopify app. The message I got was not found. I backed out of the apps and my administrative area said not found. I’m not able to login to my account for the same reason…not found. Then I went to my website. It pulled up, but on the upper right it says “not found”. What is going on? Is this anything I need to fix or is there routine maintenance going on now?

I hope someone can help me. My store is babynassau.com. I started using a new theme a few days ago, and have been customizing it. About half an hour ago, the editor window closed suddenly without warning, and I have not been able to access it ever since. The site is still live, and I can log in, but whenever I try to access the admin page I get an error message that reads “Not Found”. I sent an email to customer support, but was hoping I could find a faster solution here, as I was right in the process of uploading a few banners and I don’t want my customers to see the site in a suboptimal state. Please help!

What is happening with Shopify login. I see most of us can’t log in from the 11th Jan but it is the 12th Jan and I still can’t get access to my store.
Can someone please help?
Shopify need to provide more updates on this issue.

Eu não sei o site e a plataforma da shopify de vocês, mas o que está acontecendo comigo é uma lentidão no meu site e a plataforma da shopify entra e sai , parece que tem alguma instabilidade no sistema deles. O problema que isso afeta muito quem investi muito alto nos anúncios , porque com esse problema os clientes não consegue efetuar as compra , com muito dificuldade alguém pode até conseguir mais está bem difícil pela lentidão .
