Can't access account to pay or change page - employee no longer with company

Hello I need some help!

We let go of someone on the marketing team 3 months ago and we had 2 login and emails to the account, both worked but since it was 3 months it sent a TEXT to the former emploeey and the company doesn’t talk to them anymore.

I have to update our billing info and credit card info and we need access to to main page. I’m able to provide pretty much anything and have full access to emails but i can’t get the 2 athu code from the SMS as they are no longer with the company.

Really need help! I can’t even keep my account active with paying unless this help is provided.

The account owner should be able to help with managing the staff accounts, as they should always remove the staff member’s account for departing employees and add staff accounts for new employees. If the former employee was also the account owner, then this issue will need to be handled by our Accounts team.
