Can't access all of the metafield of variants

I have a website that has run for over 3 years, and it is going fine. But today, I found all of the variants’ metafields didn’t show up on the product page.

I did some tests.

  1. Created new product and variant metafield definitions

  2. Created a new product template.

  3. Created a testing product and put some words in the product and variants’ metafields.

  4. Use a third-party app to confirm the metafields exist.

But somehow, only the product testing metafield shows up, all the variant metafields are not showing.

I’ve tried many times, I even tried these steps on other store, works fine, only this store can’t access variants’ metafields.

Can anyone help me? It’s an activated store, I have to pause all the ads to prevent wasting money.

After 14 hours, this site can access variants’ metafields suddenly, with no code changed and no bug fixed. Very disappointed with the Shopify system.
