can't access my store

I set up a store no shopify recently, and it appeared to be going well. However, now I can no longer access my store. I keep trying to log in and all I get is a message that says "

"There’s a problem loading this page

Your account m******** doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."

I have reached out to support, and they said they were going to reach out to me, however they have yet to do so. I received no warning about doing something incorrectly. Has anyone else had this issue?

If you cannot access your store and reached out to Shopify support already, there might be an account issue going on your account. Kindly communicate with Shopify support team from time to time. They are the best people who can resolve and give you more details regarding your account.
