Can't add TikTok app through Shopify due to 'no browser app found' error?

Hello. I am having some difficulty adding Tiktok through the Shopify app store. When i get to Tiktok on the store and i click ‘add app’ it just returns me back to my home page on my store and a box comes up that reads “no browser app found. To view this content, install a browser app from the play store”. however, i already have a browser downloaded. Not to mention every other app i download on the store works just fine.

Is anyone else having this issue? and is anyone able to help me fix this?

Does this issue still occur when you use another browser i.e Google Chrome?

I checked the app via the App Store and can see TikTok previously experienced a technical problem resulting in the failure to install the app. The issue has since been resolved.

I suggest reaching out to the app directly to let them know that you are still facing install issues so they can investigate further.
