We are trying to help a store allow us to get collaborator access, but they don’t seem to have the user & permissions option where the collaborator code is. They are using ShopifyPlus.

Where can they find the collaborator request code setting?

Sorry maybe my message wasn’t very clear - that is our settings, not theirs. We know where to find it in our own settings but our client is having problems finding it in theirs.
The below screenshot is their settings - as you can see, they don’t have the option for users and permissions, just “users” and there is no collaborator part of the screen. How do they access the ‘users and permissions’ settings? There doesn’t seem to be any option there.
We are facing the same issue as well. Everyone is asking us for a collaborator code but there is no setting for this anywhere.
Are you on Shopify Plus? We lost the users & permissions settings page after switching to Plus.
Any update on this Shopify? Even your Plus support team seems to think I’m crazy and that the collaborator section should just “be there”
On Shopify Plus, you can now find the collaborator code under Settings → Users → Security. My clients also had a hard time finding it!

Ah there it is! Thanks for being more helpful than Shopify’s own support staff 
LOL. They seem to have updated their support docs now, so hopefully people don’t need to search the forums for the answer
