It’s been two weeks since i’ve been able to log in to my account due to the authenticator not working. Every few days I start a support chat to see what’s going on and keep getting told all thee generic answers such as: were working on it, it will be fixed in 24 hours, it’s already fixed, we understand how important this is to you and so on. You can’t talk to anyone on the phone or reach any sort of supervisor. I can’t believe support is this bad. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Last time I had this issue I requested to Shopify to remove the 2 factor authentication. It took couple 1-2 days and it works now. The best way is to always follow up on a ticket rather than create new ones.
