I tried to print the shipping label, but even changing the format to 4x6, it didn’t work. Please, can someone help me with this? I attached the label that I can print, but I would like the other format to use the label printer (4x6). I really appreciate your attention.

To print shipping labels, you need to use a desktop printer or a Shopify-supported label printer. You can check out this guide for a better understanding: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/shopify-shipping/shipping-labels/printing-labels-and-customs-forms
And if you’re using a label printer, the shipping label format is 4" x 6". If you’re using a desktop printer, the format is 8.5" x 11". However, as you stated if you want to customize your label format the only workaround is an app like Multi Carrier Shipping Label App. The app allows you to customize your label formats & helps you to print 100s of labels in a click.
