Can't verify email for newly purchased domain?

Hello I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now. I purchased a domain from Shopify (piquantpossession.com) there is a yellow banner stating that I must verify my email address in 15 days so I clicked on resend email and I have not received an email and when I do there are no steps in the email to follow.
