Checkout Button not working on Iphone or Ipad

Hi all,

Our checkout button stopped working since 2 days bringing our business almost to a halt.

The problem occurs only on for IOS devices (Iphone or Ipads) whereas on Android devices or Desktop Chrome the checkout button works.

Does anyone know how to fix this as we are losing sales and Shopify have not responded to our ticket.

We have deleted all the in cart upsell apps (ajax cart) thinking they might cause the issue but even this didn’t help - we are stuck and would appreciate any help a lot!

Hi Scott,

Looks like MBC Bundles adds an overlay to the checkout button and potentially on IOS the overlay is preventing the checkout button from being clicked.

Many thanks - we know MBC Bundles have their code added but their last login and theme edit was back in November last year - we however have this problem since 2 days.

It seems to be working on Safari for Apple iPhone.

Thanks but it is not working. We have deactivated the drawer cart (ajax) type - however the drawer cart type (which is what we use as default) has stopped functioning.

We will check again with MBC Bundles app.

Hope to resolve this issue asap
