Collection And Search Filters Not Showing

Hello. I’m using a Debut theme for my Shopify store. I’m trying to add Availability and Price filters to my product page, but they’re not showing. However, the tag filters (Accessories, Bottoms, Outerwear are showing.

How can I get the Availability and Price tags to show? Thanks!

The collection and search filters feature is only compatible with Online Store 2.0 themes. Debut is a vintage theme so this feature won’t be compatible with it. Typically if you have a theme published that is not compatible with the feature there will be a note in your Shopify Admin on the Online store > Navigation page that looks like this:

Have you considered transitioning to an Online Store 2.0 theme? I’ve listed some of the benefits of Online Store 2.0 below, but you can also read more about it on this page here. I have the same issue but Im using a 2.0 store (Dawn)

When I built my website all filters were working good with Search&Discovery app, but then I subscribed to Basic for 1year and my filter is only showing the Price. Availability, tags, brand etc.. are not showing anymore. WHY?

This is exactly what happened to me. As soon as it was moved from the partner account to production, the Availability, tags, and brand filters stopped displaying.

Thank you for explaining more about what’s happening on your end! To clarify, are you still seeing the filters within your Shopify admin, but not on your storefront? If so, there are a couple of different reasons this could be happening. To start, I recommend double checking the requirements and limitations of filters here. There are some situations where filters may not be displayed. For example, collections that contain over 5000 products won’t display filters. A search that produces more than 1000 results won’t display filters either.

That being said, since this was working for you previously, it’s possible there’s something in your account settings that we need to assist with. If your filters are still not working and it isn’t being caused by a limitation explained in that guide, I recommend reaching out to our live support team here. We aren’t able to see your account details over the Shopify Community, but if you speak with a Support Advisor through that page we can review this all with you in more detail. We also have more troubleshooting options we can try. You can follow these steps to request support:
