Collections being filters with no filters active

Hello, My products showing under a collection are always automatically filtered so no products appear on the page where they should.

Does anyone have a solution?

There should be 3 products under each menu if you go Battery + Charger Store > Olympus Vanta I am seeing no items by default when 3 should appear.

Hi,

Can you share some more details of which theme you are using and the screenshot of the code that is used to display the products.
