Not seeing all collections when using the main menu

Our new shop: https://b-e-collectibles.myshopify.com/

I’m enjoying learning and designing our new website but have been stumped as to why some of my collections don’t show their products in the menu. I think all our collections have the same settings. I have Googled here and outside but have not found an answer, yet. We are using the “Warehouse” theme.

For instance, in our “Top Stars” menu all collections show their products except “Michael Jordan”.

Any help is appreciated, thanks,

VinnyH

The links you have in your menu look like they also include a Tag based filter. In the case of Micheal Jordan the link additionally filters products that contain the tag ncaa basketball. The other collections also contain tag filters but they don’t seem to limit the products on the page.

You can see this filter in the url [https://b-e-collectibles.myshopify.com/collections/michael-jordan-misc-items/ncaa+basketball](B&E Collectibles) the Shopify collection urls are structured like so {{store-domain}}/collections/{{collection-handle}}/{{tag-filter}} you can read more about this here https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/navigation-search/filtering/tag-filtering. If you change the link to [https://b-e-collectibles.myshopify.com/collections/michael-jordan-misc-items](B&E Collectibles) it should work.

You can set (or maybe clear) this filter in the admin on the nav item. When you select a collection you should see a “Filter collection with tags” below it.

Thanks Ryan. I’ll revisit it all when I have a chance but I deleted all the Michael Jordan tags and it worked. Interesting that other collections , like Mickey Mantle, have “mickey, mantle, baseball” as tags with no problem. It may be that I have to keep things simple to begin with.

Best Always,

VinnyH
