We’re setting up for the first time an email workflow via Shopify directly instead of example Mailchimp.
One of the things we’d like to do is to configure a separate flow which focusses on recipients who did not open or read the initial email yet. Example: abandoned cart → we send an initial reminder but would like to send another one in case the recipient did take the time yet for the initial one.
This is something which is definitely possible in Mailchimp but we weren’t able to find it i Shopify Flow.
Does somebody know if this is offered but well hidden..? Or it’s just a limitation of…?
