I have the venture theme set up on my site with a newsletter signup section in the footer. I have added the mailchimp app and synced it successfully, but when I test the newsletter sign up form in the footer, the user email does not appear in mailchimp. How do I fix this? I have been searching for hours and cannot seem to find any solutions.
