Alright everyone, we’re on our last leg here and need the communities help..
Over the past few months, ever since our company launched our website, www.flect.com, we have been constantly receiving emails and messages from over 50% of customers trying to visit our website claiming that they are not able to access our website due to “Site Security / SSL” issues.
At this point, we have contacted Shopify multiple times, we have contact our domain host, GoDaddy, we have reset everything, we have checked all of our DNS settings with our domains to make sure everything is correct, including A records, and we have even tried to reissue new SSL certificates through CloudFare separately. We are still experiencing this issue to this day with absolutely no resolution.
At this point, we are losing at a minimum of 50% of our customers as they are not able to access our website what so ever.
Strangely, we’ve noticed that all of these customers experiencing these issues are actually able to visit our website normally as long as they turn OFF their WiFi and use some kind of cellular connection. So ultimately, the issue is occurring when customers try to visit on WiFi.
Shopify said nothing is wrong on their end, however, we are seeing hundreds and hundreds of messages from across the United States with this issue, so there is definitely something going on.
