Hi team,
I noticed that our “Contact Us” form isn’t working and is not sending any emails to our inbox.
I contacted Hover about this issue, and after a half-hour chat, they couldn’t find any problems. The customer support agent suggested I ask Shopify if there are any additional DNS records required.
I’ve been trying to figure this out, but I can’t seem to find the issue.
Could you please assist me?
