When the user authorizes, the user must jump to the app List page, but the button is not available. How do I get the list URL of my app

Unbelievable. I have opened 6 tickets with the chat support who said the partner review team will get back to me and no one has.
I have asked my review contact who rejected the app on clarity on the issue and they just referred me to documentation that doesn’t address the issue.
There no answer in the community groups and the issue has been raised in all of these posts:
