CSV of Sales Report gives wrong euro values in excel

When exporting my data from the Total Sales Report in Shopify (here my values are correct) they are comming in wrong in the csv file, without decimal markers and my numbers are usually x10. I cannot correct the numbers in excel by setting the currency to euro and decimal markers correct. F.e. the value €119,90 comes in CSV as 1199. The problem seems to be between Shopify and CSV, not excel. I am guessing or the export form Shopify, or the import in CSV. i have also tried to upload the data in a Google Spreadsheet and also there I do not get the correct values nor the correct euro setting.

Does anyone have experience whith this as also how to solve this?

You can export your data from there.
