Hello all, we would like our customers to receive a formal invoice copy of their receipt, automatically when they have placed and paid for an order made through our online store. We deal mostly with business clients and get many requests for an “invoice” post transaction. The standard receipt they can access in Shop etc is not sufficient. We currently use Order Printer to create a PDF and manually email that but it is not practical really. We have spent some time with support to no avail so hoping someone has come up with a custom solution that we can implement in house ideally. Thanks!

Hi Amanda, I’d recommend you check out Kalen at Shopify Automation As A Service | Flow (flow-helper.com). He’s really good at creating flows and I believe he’ll be able to create a flow for the issue you are facing. If you happen to contact him, tell him I sent you.
