I am struggling as my customer accounts are unable to be activated. The customer receives the email for activation, clicks the link and is then presented with a blank screen. Is anyone able to shed some light on this ? Seems to happen on a phone or on a pc.

Is it just one specific customer or multiple customers? If just one, it may be a browser-related issue and I recommend clearing their cache or attempting to click the link from an incognito window.
If this is affecting multiple accounts, I suggest opening a support ticket through our Help Center so our teams can take a closer look at the issue for you.
