Customer Refund Notification Email

Can I send another customer refund notification email after I have already made the refund action?

Thanks for the help.

I currently don’t see another refund option on my screen as seen below.

As I said earlier, we have already made a refund without sending the refund mail notification so we want to send a new one to the customer.
