I used to get refund notifications via email but have noticed that since February these have stopped coming through. I’ve spoken to the retailer who hasn’t done anything different at their end. Does anybody know how to resolve this please?
To clarify, you’re a customer of an online business? If yes, you would need to speak with them directly to troubleshoot the issue further. If they believe they aren’t doing anything different and if they were on Shopify, then they can reach out to Shopify Support to see if the refund emails are being sent. That said, they would also need to confirm that they are enabling the option to notify the customer of the refund when processing the refund.
